Depending on your availability, photos can be taken and uploaded to your advert within 2-3 days of you subscribing. The same goes for the floor plan, personalized brochures and special write ups.
QCan I take pictures with my phone to use on my listing?
We highly recommend investing in our professional photographer to create your online portfolio. With ample experience taking and editing photos to maximize their ascetic value, you would indefinitely attract a larger pool of interest. However, you are welcome to take pictures of your property with whatever means necessary.

QHow many photos should I have on my advert?
We recommend a minimum of 10 interior and exterior shots, but you can upload up to 15 photos should you wish. Some people like to upload additional pictures of local parks and landmarks that aren’t captured by our professional photographer.

QHow are viewings arranged?

This will be displayed on your listing across the portal websites. Potential viewers will still have to send a viewing request for you to approve.
