He gained extensive experience in the legal field as a legal consultant, with the Dubai branch of Iran Insurance Company and Al Sharif Advocates & Legal Consultants, one of the most prestigious leading law firms in UAE.
He has also worked extensively on drafting contracts, registering trademarks and other intellectual property, individual and corporate negotiation and settlement and company incorporation in Dubai, free zones, and offshore.
He has also advised clients on corporate law, real estate law and providing investment recommendations in the UAE.
Before joining HL&A, Mr. Zad was head of the legal department of Zahed Real Estate, a major real estate investment company based in Dubai.
Mr. Zad supervised the company’s legal matters as it worked towards playing a key role in the real estate market, with over 15 years of successful business and investments exceeding one billion dollars.
Mr. Zad is fluent in English, Arabic and Farsi.
